To activate your debit card, simply do the following:

Please note: Enclosed with your new debit card will be a list of directions to help you activate your new debit card.
Yes, you may use your debit card wherever Visa is accepted. For safety precautions and to avoid having your card access blocked, please contact Member Services at (413) 236-4000 or 1-800-207-5555 so we may put a travel notice on your card. Be sure to bring a back-up form of payment in case your debit card is lost or stolen.
Please note: When using an International ATM for cash, you must access funds from a Checking account. Savings accounts are inaccessible.
For the convenience of our members, all of our branch locations can issue a new debit card to you on the spot!
If you are not able to come to a branch, please call Member Services at (413) 236-4000 or 1-800-207-5555 to have one ordered for you. You will receive your card within 7-10 business days.
If you are replacing a card, please be advised that the first replacement is free. Any replacements after the first will have a replacement fee. Please review our Rates and Services Prices for the most up-to-date fee amount.
