For years, Greylock members have enjoyed the ease and convenience of eStatements. Now, these benefits will be extended to various documents through Greylock’s eDocuments portal.

To learn more, we spoke with Greylock’s Vice President of Digital Experience, Shenna Brady.

Here’s what you should know about eDocuments:

Q: What are eDocuments?

A: They are electronic versions of documents that members would typically receive on paper, either through the mail or at a Greylock branch. Members will still receive their statements electronically, but they can now also receive escrow analysis statements, and soon they will be able to receive CD maturity notices, loan bills, mortgage bills, and many other important notices.

Q: What are the advantages of switching to eDocuments?

A: The biggest advantage is the convenience of having everything in one place. Loan bills, holiday club notices, and more will be available at the click of a button. It is also very safe and secure, requiring your online banking password. Additionally, we are enhancing our eStatements, allowing members to view statements from the last 14 months. Members will receive documents more quickly, as they will be available online as soon as they are ready, without the wait for printing and mailing. This also saves a lot of paper, which is good for the environment.

Q: How can members access eDocuments?

A: Members can access eDocuments the same way they have always accessed eStatements, through online banking or our website.

How do members sign up if they are not already eStatement users?

A: The easiest way is to sign up through online banking. Simply log into online banking, navigate to your Primary Share or Checking account, click the three dots and select eDocuments and follow the prompts.

Business Members and Members that do not want online banking can sign up by visiting www.greylock.org/edocs and clicking on “Login to eDocuments.” Then click on “Enroll for eDocuments” and follow the prompts.

Q: Is there anything else members should know about eDocuments?

A: It is an ever-growing list of documents. We will be adding more as soon as they are programmed and tested.
