We will begin with selected locations on Wednesday, November 18 and close further locations as needed.
While we are pleased to provide partial access to some branch lobbies, please know that online and mobile banking, drive-up and telephone are still the best ways for you to work with Greylock, now and for the foreseeable future. These great services not only provide improved convenience, they also provide enhanced safety for you and our staff.
When we begin to gradually increase access to our branch lobbies over the coming days and weeks, our members’ and employees’ wellbeing will be our number one priority. Masks and proper social distancing will be required, lobby hours will be reduced, and we will limit the number of people allowed into the branch at any one time.
