Greylock Federal Credit Union has promoted five managers to Vice President in its branch services network. “Greylock is committed to continuous improvement of the outstanding retail services our Members expect and deserve,” said Greylock Senior Vice President, Retail Services Robert Sims. “Each of these key positions is being filled by faces our Members have known and trusted for years. Following an extensive search, Greylock Federal Credit Union has announced the hiring of Robert Sims as senior vice president of retail services. Sims brings extensive strategic experience in branch and call center optimization, product development and management, bank at work programs, marketing, business development and improving service and reach to underserved communities.
Greylock Federal Credit Union held its 2022 Annual Meeting on March 22nd. The meeting resulted in the re-election of four board members and the acceptance of the 2021 financial statements and the Supervisory Committee Audit Report.
In the final days of 2021, Greylock Federal Credit Union surprised thirteen area non-profit organizations with unsolicited gifts totaling $125,000. These gifts were in addition to Greylock’s formal grant program that provides hundreds of thousands of dollars throughout the year in response to applications submitted through its website (www.greylock.org/grants).
